Benefits of owning a Brainworks Franchisee:

Requirements from Franchisee

  • The franchisee will need to provide at least 1000 sq. feet of space for the preschool. It should be on the ground floor with a built-in toilet. It should be safe for children.
  •  Zoom call & live walk through of your centre is required.
  • The Franchisee will need to get the NOC from Society and site Commercialization proof.
  • The franchisee has to make the interiors suitable for the preschool, at their own cost, as per the specifications of Brainworks. To facilitate this, Brainworks will provide guidance and images of existing centres. If needed Brainworks authority will visit the site and guide accordingly. The expenses for the same should be borne by the franchisee.
  • The period of the contract will be minimum 5 years. Continuation of franchisee will be strictly in hands of Brainworks authorities.
  •  The Franchisee needs to recruit teachers and non-teaching staff before the commencement of the academic session. The remuneration of the teachers and non-teaching staff is entirely payable by the Franchisee.

Support from Brainworks

  • Rendering curriculum with its class wherein keeping in mind the individuals requirements which in turn will benefit on whole. Brainworks provides you superior curriculum developed by experienced CURRICULUM DEVELOPERS IN INDIA.
  • Teacher Planners and Posters will be mailed to you on a regular basis.
  • Online training for CENTRE HEAD provided by the Head Office.
  • Online training for teaching and non-teaching staff provided by the Head Office.
  • Guidance provided for designing pamphlets, banners, hoardings or any other marketing materials.
  • Site visit would be on chargeable basis as follows.
    a) Regular visits by Brainworks experts to observe classroom teaching and provide guidance to teachers. Expenses for the same should be borne by the franchisee.
    b) Brainworks staff will conduct inspections periodically and provide guidance for growth and development. Expenses for the same should be borne by the franchisee.
    c) Training will be conducted to imbibe Philosophy of Brainworks Principles, Aims, Objectives, Vision and our Mission. We also ensure that Teacher training in specific areas of Curriculum Implementation, Teaching Practices, PTM, Annual / Monthly / Weekly Plans, Providing Feedback and Correcting Student work, handling of toys, Transition, Educational tours, Annual day, and Sports day etc. is provided. The expenses for the same should be borne by the franchisee.
